Here's a handy alternative to using gloves when your in the middle of a cook and you need to remove the hot plate setter or pizza/baking stone. We designed this tool to allow you to hang it on your side tables.

This allows you to hang your grate and not have to set it on the ground, patio or deck. Works on both steel and cast iron grates.

This indirect cooking system allows you to introduce two 18" cooking grids that will sit 6" apart allowing 2 rib racks that can hold up to 9 baby back ribs. We have also been able to have up to 6 pork butts for a total of 46lbs. "Made in Issaquah"
