Thompson's Hearth and Home is a family owned and operated fireplace & barbecue shop with over 50 models on display, of which over 40 are actively burning. We carry gas and wood fireplaces, inserts and freestanding stoves along with a great selection of barbecues. All of the products we carry are carefully hand picked by the owners Guy and Nicole, to ensure the highest quality the industry has to offer.
When you visit our store, we will take the time to answer your questions, identify your specific needs, and help you choose the perfect model for your home. Given the fact that we started working in the fireplace industry back in 1989, we feel that we are one of the most knowledgable dealers in the country and continue to research and educate ourselves everyday. We are one the few installing fireplace stores that have been certified by the National Fireplace Institute.
As a small family owned and operated business, we pride ourselves on having great customer service before and after the sale. We try to address any issues that may arise while installing, or warranty issues afterward, extremely quickly so we are limited to how far we can travel. We feel that this type of service is very important, so we try to stay within a 30 minute driving radius of our store.
